Thank you for the advice on the sword. I had thought about cutting out two of them to glue together, but lazy-assed out and only cut out one sword. I did cut out two extra handles and taped them all together to get a bit more raised surface on the pommel (or whatever it's called). Plus I reinforced the "blade" with packing tape before I put on the foil covering.

It's fun to swish around in a manly fashion (would that be "swash"?) and brandish one's sword; I can see why Lex does that a lot on SV.
