I had to guffaw at the end of the scene with Clark and Bo looking at the crib - Bo must have learned his methods of concealment from The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy.

Because yeah, that quilt he threw over the thing really did a good job of hiding it. Just like the tarp does a really good job of hiding the ship.

Bo: always know where your towel is and Don't Panic!

Well, I watched the episode backwards, and I was actually *surprised* when he uncovered that crib!

The secret to keeping the secret? Whenever the neighbours come over to complain about the "mile-long skid marks in the cornfields", the inexplicable tremors caused by Clark's tantrums, and the "floating, masturbating boy over Luthor castle", Bo just throws a quilt over Clark, and everything's jus' fiiiiine.
