Return of the Goofball

So I just got back from vacation yesterday, and was dismayed to find that I had missed the birthdays of two wonderful people: goss and nerodi. You sweethearts, I hope you had a great time on your birthdays and wish you all the best for the rest of the year too!

Vacation was fun, but now my desk and house are piled up with stuff to do. Geez, I hate that. But what can ya do? Procrastinate or take a deep breath and dive into the fray. I'm thinking that after lunch is when the diving will happen, so I guess I'm procrastinating until then. Heh.

Oh and? I still like Smallville and love The 'Baum, but dayum, Firefly has to be my new favorite show. It's got a great blend of characters, plot, and spare cheesiness. And I love how in love Zoe and Wash are, and how funny Jayne is.

I missed you too, Anathema! And while I can't promise to never go away again, I am asking Santa for a laptop.

As for presents, well, I didn't exactly bring back presents for everyone. I did pick up a few goodies for Christmas presents but you'd have to present a pretty strong case for being switched from the "naughty" to the "nice" list. And your case file would have to be reviewed to determine your placement on that nice list...there may be more deserving kiddies ahead of you who end up with all the prezzies.

Unlike Santa, however, I am able to be bribed. Heh.
