disbelief11I've made quite a few loaves of bread in the past 6 weeks - though I think I'll be taking a break until summer is over - and have really enjoyed playing around with different variations.
However, after watching this video (via Serious Eats.com), I think maybe I've been missing out on ways to make my bread EVEN BETTER.
