Happy Birthday To Wubba! Hip Hip Huzzah!

Lo, not all that many years ago, the Earth was blessed with the birth of the woman we know as wubba. (Canada was more blessed than other countries in that she's Canadian, but those of us in other countries hope to lure her away occasionally for fun visits.) And the vine of her years thus far has blossomed with many beautiful flowers - teacher, friend, government worker, future Prime Minister, and sometime smut-writer, just to name a few.
