First, thank you to all my lovelies who commented on my ragetastic post last night. Yes, things are better. No, I really am not insane. It was just a strange combination of events and feelings that culminated in the post, and no doubt part of it was caused by the lack of sleep the previous night and what I had eaten during the day. Anyway...
Next, I have to proclaim my adoration of tonight's Smallville episode. Those Luthors are so entertaining, so magnificently bastardish, and so hot. Mmmm. Whoever said they should have a spin-off, I totally agree.
Lastly, Jon Stewart is so freakin' great. He's hot, he's smart, he's funny, and watching the Daily Show makes me feel okay about my decision to ignore the rest of the traditional news outlets (well, I ignore them for the most part).
Ooh, wait, Jon's not the last thing. I'm also excited because I bought a William Gibson book at the bargain book store (All Tomorrow's Parties) and have been really enjoying it so far. Plus, he's going to be doing a reading/signing for his new book, Pattern Recognition, at the Borders on State Street on Thursday the 20th. I'm thinking that hearing him read will be interesting, because I always find his work fascinating.
