Tuesday End of Season Television
May. 21st, 2003 02:10 amTonight's television at our house (don't worry, no spoilers):
Damn, I watch too much TV. All I can say is thank goodness for digital recording, because it really makes it so much easier to rearrange the shows to my peculiar viewing schedule.
- American Idol: Clay said the decision is all in God's hands now. Maybe that's why the phone lines were all jammed up - God was calling a bunch of times to vote for the next American Idol. Because I actually tried to vote (wow, I've really been sucked into this show) and couldn't get through at all.
- Smallville: lots of stuff I liked, some goofy stuff. Martha looked absolutely beautiful. The writers had better come up with a damn good way to fix all the "broken" stuff for next season.
- NYPD Blue: this show is just always good. Plus, I was way more surprised and emotionally invested in the twist at the end of this show than in SV. I actually GASPED and even shed a few tears. Of course, that could be because ABC doesn't go all pimptastic with their new episode trailers. And, you know, the writing is so much better.
- 24: I'm saving this one until tomorrow. Just to lengthen that delicious feeling of anticipation.
