Dude! I'm so in! Or at least I will be once I get home and download the passes. Apparently the stuff magazine website is blocked on my work server so I got the sound of alarms blaring wildly when I tried to access it. (and no I am not kidding). Where is the screening?

It's at 600 N. Michigan at 7:30pm on Monday the 24th. They recommend getting there early since there's no reservations or anything - it's first come, first served. At least 600 N. has space to wait inside for those of us who plan on being there WAY early. (Because there is no way I can sit really close to the screen, so I have to be able to have a choice of seats.)

I guess you can see that I'm a city-girl at heart. Yeah, my landmark for describing where I work is Santa's Village. Home is 10 minutes west of Woodfield, a sad, long 40 miles from the city.

It turns out I'm not going to be coming tonight. Meiya was going to drive, but I can't get out of work. If I leave I will have to spend all day tomorrow here. It's best to get it done now, kind of like ripping off a bandaid... it hurts less if done in one (quick) motion.
