Misty Watercolor Memories

I've been feeling a bit "meh" lately about my life (just a phase, I'm sure), so I haven't posted much. But this morning I've decided to just get the hell on with making my life better...and was inspired by what I saw in
spasticat's journal:
If you read this, even if I don't speak to you often, you must post a memory of me. It can be anything you want, it can be good or bad, just so long as it happened. Then post this to your journal to see what people remember about you.
Go ahead - good, bad, or ugly, post away!
PS -
deeablo...in my quest to have less worldly goods, I'm considering giving up the shiny pink purse. If I opt not to keep it, would you have any use for it?

Date: 2005-02-04 10:30 am (UTC)I remember you putting up serenely with me being as sick as a dog and as hungover as a dead dog the next day. I remember us in the underground and going to Ground Zero in the rain... and a host of other things, all the things we saw, I see you like a wall full of Polaroids with little sound bubbles for each, and how your voice sounded, and especially us having that last meal alone together on Saturday night in the posh restaurant. And it was all so good and the only thing I'd change is that I'd have liked the hangover to be a couple of hundred per cent smaller.
You and New York are inextricable in my head and it was, oh, just a wonderful time for me.
