A Very Merry Muppet Christmas
Nov. 29th, 2002 10:36 amThanksgiving day was fabulous for me: my dinner rolls kicked ass and my pumpkin pie was really good (I substituted some brown sugar for some of the regular sugar to give it more richness, plus added some Kahlua). Mmmmm. And Mr. Dis didn't make too much of a mess in the kitchen while cooking the rest of our dinner, so I'm grateful for that too.
Plus, I saw that on tv tonight is a new Muppet movie: A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie. Sure, it's not quite the same without the original voicing of Jim Henson, but c'mon, it's the Muppets. There's no way I'd be able to miss that, no more than I can stand to miss the Charlie Brown Christmas Special each year.
Yes, I'm a little kid and no, it doesn't bother me at all.
