Perhaps it's good that I waited until after last night's Smallville to make my sword for my Halloween costume. ( teeny, tiny spoiler )
Which reminds me, if anyone has any tips about making a cardboard sword, feel free to leave me a comment about it. This is the first time I'll be attempting it and I have a few (hopefully) kick-ass design ideas - I'm just hoping they translate well on cardboard.
ETA - after weighing myself this morning, I've lost nearly eighteen (18!!!) pounds. Woo! That's pretty exciting, considering all the birthday cake I've eaten recently.
