Yesterday was a very strange day. One of those days when there's a feeling of each minute being "charged", as though something monumental (and not in the good way) is going to happen, something that would cause a paradigm shift and nothing ever would be the same again. A day you spend waiting for the other shoe to drop, so to speak.

Thankfully, I survived the day without freaking out, even though the freakout was incredibly tempting. I'm hoping today will be easier.

Hugs, smooches, and love to all my friends. It's what makes the world go round.

You felt that too? Yesterday I felt the beginings of a shift, it felt like something moral failing. I saw some of the London march, talked to alot of complete strangers/protesters about thier views, and it all felt so overwhelmingly...charged.
For a while it felt that little bit too silent. Like in the hours just after 911. The world waking up to it really having happened.
Protests normaly leave me with an empowerment, a sense of Atticus Finch and the last man standing makes a difference. Yesterday felt futile. Bush & Blair and war.

- Sorry to go on.

Don't be sorry about going on, Shawn. That's what these journals are meant for, right?

As for the strangeness of yesterday, I saw the moon tonight, resplendently shining its fullness through some scattered clouds...the full moon seems to always bring weirdness with its beauty. (Though yesterday felt weirder than other times, and I'm not saying the charged atmosphere was all because of the moon.)

Sometimes the world is such a strange place.
