Hey, some good news: just got my first permanent massage shift! It's good to know that I'll be on staff every Sunday because (1) it makes it easier when clients want to request me again and (2) it's guaranteed good money for that day. Whee!


I think my new (stronger prescription) birth control pills are what's responsible for my crappy mood the last few days. To which I say, DAMN! I hate that. It makes me feel like I don't know myself somehow...who I am feels completely different than normal. Stupid alien hormone invasion. (Note to self: buy good chocolate today.)


I need to go back on Weight Watchers, I think. I've gained a bit back from my original weight loss and I don't want to keep gaining more. While I don't want to be journalling my food intake and exercise for the rest of my life, I seem to need the process of quantifying to push me. Of course, I'm really not ready to spend the cash for WW in RL or online yet, so maybe I can just work on increasing my exercise and decreasing the chocolate and ice cream intake for now. Though, as referenced above, that is sometimes difficult. Plus, the comfort eating surrounding the divorce/money issues isn't helping either. *sigh* Why does Haagen Dazs have to taste so good?! (Though I must say, HD Light - with half the fat - is pretty good too.)

I want to see March Of The Penguins. It's playing at the Music Box. Anyone want to see it Friday or Saturday night?

I also want to see My Summer of Love. And Batman Begins, since a full theater prevented my previous attempt and I had to see Bewitched instead.

So. Good. Of course, my favorite flavor isn't one that lends itself easily to the "light" version since it's full of peanut butter which is inherently not light. Mmm, chocolate peanut butter.
