disbelief11Perhaps it's good that I waited until after last night's Smallville to make my sword for my Halloween costume. Now I'll have visions of Lex caressing his Kurosawa prop sword and cricking his neck to inspire me.
Which reminds me, if anyone has any tips about making a cardboard sword, feel free to leave me a comment about it. This is the first time I'll be attempting it and I have a few (hopefully) kick-ass design ideas - I'm just hoping they translate well on cardboard.
ETA - after weighing myself this morning, I've lost nearly eighteen (18!!!) pounds. Woo! That's pretty exciting, considering all the birthday cake I've eaten recently.

As for the sword, I put one together. Though it may not be the best, I love it because it's mine.
